Feedback

We care deeply about your experience with the ZenChain network and its ecosystem. Let's take a look at the best way to communicate your suggestions, requests, bug reports, or any other feedback.

Providing Feedback

If you have feedback, the best way to communicate it is via a support ticket in our Discord. Access to provide in-app feedback is permissioned by our support team, so if you have a suggestion, request, or encounter a bug and want to make a specific report, working with them is the best way to do so.

Security reports are handled separately and that process is documented here.

However, if you have been granted permission to provide in-app feedback, here’s how you can do it:

App Feedback

Our apps integrate with Marker.io to provide a feedback widget. You can click the widget to send us your thoughts along with context from the app.

Marker.io Form

When you click the widget, a form will pop up to let you write a detailed description of your feedback. The widget will also request to take a screenshot of your viewport. An editor will open that allows you to mark up the screenshot with text, arrows, and more. When you submit the form, we will receive a copy of your description and the edited screenshot.

Marker will attempt to automatically hide any secret keys or passwords that may be present on the screen by replacing them with placeholder text. Still, please be mindful not to accidentally send us your private information. Your security is our priority!

Code Feedback

If you have feedback about the code in any of our open source GitHub repositories, please create a GitHub issue in the relevant repository. Please provide as much detail as possible about your request or bug report so we can act on it quickly.
